This means you will be:

Supporting our Noble Purpose
We are owned by RAG-Stiftung, a foundation with the long-term public purpose to deal with the environmental and social commitments resulting from the closing of Germany’s hard-coal mining industry, so our work directly contributes to protecting the environment.

Working on Iconic Projects
From rejuvenating London’s iconic Centre Point, to designing the state-of-the-art Midlands Metro in Birmingham, to delivering fresh water to the people of the South West or reducing accidents on the M6 at Junction 10 – we work on some of the most important projects across the country.

More Than Just a Number
We have a unique heritage. Originally formed in 1926, beginning as C. J. Pell & Partners, a small firm of 30 engineers based in London, we have grown to more than 400 people across the UK. We retain that family-led entrepreneurial ethos; big enough to work on some of the most important projects in the country, but small enough that every person in our business is important to us.

Supported Throughout Your Career
We’ll support your ongoing personal and professional development as your career progresses, allowing you to reach your full potential. You’ll also be enrolled in our group-wide Learning & Development Programme. If you’re just starting out in your career, we have a dedicated Early Careers programme to nurture your talent and shape your development. Take a look at our Apprenticeships, Graduates, and Work Placements pages and find out more about these opportunities and which is right for you.

Supported to be Yourself
We provide a secure and supportive working environment, where you’ll have the freedom and flexibility to create your own pathway and make a real impact within the business and in the communities in which you will operate. We embrace diversity of thought, enabling us to provide the best solutions on the largest projects across the UK. Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) is at the heart of our culture; our dedicated EDI strategy focuses our efforts, time, and resources on areas we believe have the most positive, beneficial impact on our people, the industry and society more generally.

Rewarded
We offer competitive salaries and provide a comprehensive benefits package, including flexible benefits that you can tailor to suit your personal circumstances.
