Climate Change Adaptation
Our multi-disciplinary team can assist developers, utilities, and local authorities in planning for extreme climatic events including flooding, heatwaves, drought, and storms. We undertake flood risk modelling and advise on flood protection, sustainable urban drainage, rainwater harvesting, adaptive habitat design, renewable energy and other sustainable design features.
We can also draw upon a pool of in-house structural, mechanical and civil engineers to design climate-resilient structures. This in turn reduces maintenance and repair costs, improves the value of assets and helps attract new investment. We use the latest modelling software and data sources to aid decision-making and identify innovative solutions to improve climate resilience and adaptation across a range of sectors and development types.

Environmental Management Systems
As part of our suite of consultancy services, we advise businesses on the application of Environmental Management Systems (EMS) to facilitate their transition to more sustainable business models. By implementing an EMS in accordance with the ISO14001: 2015 standard, an organisation can identify and manage all environmental and sustainability issues that are relevant to its operations under a formal ‘Analyse – Plan – Do – Check’ system, which can be applied at both project and company-wide levels. We can also assist in the development of integrated management systems which combine ISO14001 with other standards such as the Energy Management System, ISO 5000.
Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG)
