We are proud to share the launch of our 2024 Social Value Report – a powerful reflection of how we’re building equity, opportunity, and lasting impact across our communities.

This year’s theme, Empowering Futures, captures the spirit of our work beyond engineering — a commitment to people, partnerships, and purpose.

2024 Highlights at a Glance:

• £12 million in recorded social value impact — up from £10.2 million last year.
• Level 4 ‘Embedded’ EDI Accreditation – the first consultancy to achieve this through the Supply Chain Sustainability School.
• 91 Graduates and 29 Apprentices working with us, with growing gender diversity.
• 542 weeks of meaningful placements delivered, including internships for students with disabilities.
• Over 5,500 students reached through our Rail Safe Friendly programme.
• 150+ volunteer hours and 90 hours of mentoring to support future talent.

Our new 2024–2027 Social Value Strategy outlines how we will Empower, Educate, and Evaluate to deliver on our ambitious goals. This is a journey we’re on together — and every one of us plays a part.
