Our development planning proficiency, transport modelling and engineering expertise have been critical to securing planning and funding for tens of thousands of homes, unlocking land for development whilst addressing the challenges of climate change, diversity and social inclusion.
The regeneration of challenging brownfield sites requires a depth of experience to maximise the commercial value and development potential from sites with significant technical, physical or infrastructure barriers.
