Providing Technical Expertise for North and West Northamptonshire

We are pleased to announce that we have signed a sub-consultancy agreement to support Kier Highways on their newly appointed North Northamptonshire Council (NNC) and West Northamptonshire Council (WNC) contracts. The contracts, valued at c£60m per annum, will run for up to 14 years with approximately 200 employees in professional and technical services in addition to highway maintenance operations across the county.

Pell Frischmann will be supporting Kier Highways Design in providing specialist technical expertise. The appointment will find us delivering a range of front-end professional services including but not limited to transport planning, transport policy and strategy development, transport modelling and supporting the council to manage their planning applications. Our first commission is to provide the client assurance role in reviewing the transport assessment and travel plans.
