Priory Academy Careers Day

We’re thrilled to have visited the students over at Priory Academy on their careers day last week.

Attended by our Project Managers, Mita Katechia, Tom O’Byrne and Sam Curl, our Ecologists, Pierce McKeon and Tanishia Gearing, and our Engineer, Krupa Katechia, the evening saw the team promote STEM careers to students within years 9, 10 and 11.

Pell Frischmann’s Project Manager, Mita Katechia said:

It was great to see so many students keen to talk to us about what we’re doing, the pathways to developing a career in STEM and potentially gaining some work experience. The team spoke about their experiences on projects and the photos from the M6 J10 scheme and the ecologist’s site photos were a big hit! We’ve been asked to return next year so look forward to planning for that and have had some enquiries about work experience placements already so it was an all-round positive experience.

Our Graduate Programme

Open to graduates covering all our disciplines, our two-year Graduate Development Programme is built around the competence requirements of professional institutions and a great way to kick start your career. The approach we take provides a specific plan of training and experience to allow you to build towards your desired occupation.

Underpinned by a core programme to develop project, business and personal effectiveness skills, you will get to share your experience with graduates from across the business, working together on shared programme activities and culminating in team days at the end of each programme year.

The annual programme commences in January and as you move through the programme you will benefit from a linked progression and remuneration structure.

In addition to this, you’ll receive a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.
