Planning Application Approved for 266 Homes

We’re delighted to share that on 31 July 2024, we achieved a big milestone for the Marton Estate project in Fylde, securing a positive planning committee resolution for the grant of planning permission for up to 266 homes. Pell Frischmann, and our trusted partners, are proud to have worked with Homes England in achieving this great milestone.

The proposal aims to create a visually attractive, sustainable development, incorporating high quality homes surrounded by attractive multifunctional green spaces.
