Director – Land Development

Victoria has over 25 years of experience in development planning and traffic engineering with a focus on delivering high quality planning consents for developers. Her specialisms include: transport feasibility and assessment, accessibility appraisal, highways design and community engagement.

She has also acted as expert witness at several public inquiries. Victoria is often involved in complex urban development and has an expertise in finding practical solutions that minimise land take. She is also currently managing a number of large scale development projects across a range of land uses that focus on maximising opportunities to deliver a sustainable transport vision and minimise the level of highway capacity improvements required to be delivered.
