Ross Starling
Chief Financial Officer
Ross Starling is an experienced Chief Financial Officer with over 10 years post ACA Qualification experience. Having qualified at BDO, Ross has worked in a variety of organisational structures from privately owned businesses to PE-backed groups and large fully listed organisations.
At his last position as Financial Director within an advertising agency, he helped drive the profitability of the business during a period of significant fee growth and implemented new finance systems and processes to enhance commercial reporting and drive commercial awareness.
His focus is on building a strong collaborative finance function within RSBG UK, delivering enhanced reporting, and developing systems across the business services functions and brands in order to drive digitalisation, automation and efficiencies.
