Matt Davies

Director – Transport Infrastructure

Matt Davies has a broad and extensive experience base, gained over his 27-year career. This experience includes major highways, roads/streets, interchange, transportation, public transport, rail/tram, drainage, SuDS, regeneration, infrastructure, civil engineering and project management for a wide variety of projects.

He has managed and directed numerous long-term collaborative multi-disciplinary professional service frameworks/projects and has a demonstrable reputation for delivering high quality service, consultancy, advice, design and assurance.

Matt is passionate about teamwork, creating synergy, the delivery of sustainable business and the creation and maintenance of client relationships that lead to long-term, trusting and successful collaborations.

He joined Pell Frischmann in 2018 and in this time has delivered the Pell Frischmann North West and Wales growth plan with responsibilities both strategically and operationally. This has led to the opening of two offices in Manchester and Mold and the creation of collaborative, multi-disciplinary teams that have secured and are delivering some of the most high-profile projects in the region.

Matt is a Fellow of the Chartered Institution of Highways and Transportation and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport.
