Sector Director – Buildings

With 20+ years’ experience, Jonathan joined Pell Frischmann in July 2019, and was made the Buildings Director in July 2020. A Chartered Engineer and Member of the Association of Project Management, he has delivered a wide range of projects across the commercial, residential, healthcare, leisure, and retail sectors, often leading large multi-discipline teams, spread over several geographical locations.

Leading the Structural Engineering Team, he is passionate about providing innovative, efficient solutions for clients whilst achieving the architectural intent. He enjoys the collaborative element too, working closely with clients, architects, contractors and the design team to achieve the ultimate vision. He believes this approach, alongside a focus on client-care, project management and technical excellence results in added value, successful project delivery and the building of relationships.

Jonathan is excited about the growing role of the engineer, who considers new approaches and technologies that better link design and construction and, with the advancements in digital engineering, to better inform our clients enabling them to reduce the embodied energy of our buildings.
