Iain is responsible for the strategic direction and operational performance of Pell Frischmann, working across our sectors in the UK and overseas.

He has grown and diversified businesses both organically and through acquisitions, focusing on developing people and creating strong, collaborative relationships with key clients and partners. He champions high-quality communications internally and externally, empowering teams to deliver outstanding results. Iain is also enthusiastic about applying digitisation to large infrastructure projects to increase value and reduce the cost for the client.

Iain believes that sustainable success begins with curiosity, that the most effective consultants start with questions rather than ready‑made answers. He is part of a team known for asking the right questions, a mindset that has contributed to PF’s long history of industry “firsts,” from Europe’s tallest building to the UK’s first PFI road.

He works closely with clients to understand what truly motivates them and what their projects need to thrive. PF’s business model and culture give Iain the foundation, empowerment and agility to bring forward bold new thinking and deliver outcomes that stand the test of time.
