Head of Sustainability

Mansi is a seasoned chartered sustainability and environmental professional, bringing in two decades of expertise from both consultancy and academia. She excels in creating low-carbon solutions, climate-resilient strategies, and sustainable practices, delivering forward-thinking and practical approaches at local, regional, and international levels.

Mansi is an expert in delivering sustainability solutions across extensive sectors, including major infrastructure, transportation, housing, water, and international development projects, serving a broad range of clients.

As the Head of Sustainability, Mansi’s responsibilities encompass integrating sustainability within the Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) framework, assessing current strategies, processes, and impacts to highlight opportunities for improvement. She also leads the training and capacity building of all staff members, manages and coordinates multidisciplinary sustainability deliverables, and offers effective professional advice and guidance on various national and international projects for both public and private sector clients.

Mansi is committed to promoting sustainable development and aims to contribute to creating a more resilient, sustainable, and equitable world. She strongly advocates for identifying effective, sustainable, and data-informed solutions to enhance design and project performance, ultimately delivering value and a competitive advantage to clients within the industry.

Mansi has a doctorate in Environmental Management and Sustainability, she is a chartered Environmentalist (CEnv) and a full member of IEMA, a certified Sustainability and environmental educator, a qualified project manager and a member of PIARC – World Road Association where she leads within the technical committee on Decarbonisation of Road Construction and Maintenance.
