Ben Gadsby

Commercial Director

With over 25 years in the construction industry, Ben joined Pell Frischmann in May 2018 and was made Commercial Director 2024. Over the last seven years with us, Ben has successfully built up our multidisciplinary offering in Luton. He has headed up our Project Management specialism and contributed to our commercial best practice nationally.

Ben has extensive contract management experience against a range of contract forms, including JCT, FIDIC, and all NEC ECC contract options. He specialises in dispute resolution, commercial agreements, risk and opportunity, as well as project governance. He has undertaken the role of NEC Project Manager and Service Manager for both private and public clients for a range of projects up to £300 million in fee. His consistent approach, focussing on each individuals need provides his team and clients with confidence of delivery to cost and programme.

Ben is excited to continue working with project teams, mangers, directors and clients to ensure all phases of a project life-cycle run smoothly.
