Alan Muir
Technical Director – Land and Engineering Surveys
Alan is a professional Land & Engineering surveyor with 27 years of postgraduate experience in all types of land and engineering surveying, including airfields, water works, construction sites, oil refineries, road, rail and within buildings.
He graduated from the University of Glasgow in 1997 with a BSc in Topographic Science. During his career, he has undertaken complex surveys in the UK, Australia, across the Middle East, Sudan, Cyprus and Bosnia. He is currently employed as the Land Survey Technical Director for Pell Frischmann, with full operational and commercial oversight of all land survey projects and management of a team of 10 professional surveyors.
