People, City, Planet Festival – Introducing the Core Site, a New Neighbourhood in North East Cambridge
We are proud to be involved in the forthcoming People, City, Planet Festival, which will help shape the future of the largest brownfield regeneration project in the city of Cambridge. Pell Frischmann have been engaged in providing transport planning and civil engineering advice since September 2018.
The event will be taking place Saturday 17 September – Sunday 18 September at Shirley Community Primary School, Nuffield Road, Cambridge, CB4 1TF.
We will be welcoming residents of all ages from Cambridge and its surrounds to experience an exhibition setting out the early plans for the Core Site, together with inspiring talks and interactive design workshops from the team involved. Lots of fun and interesting activities, local music, food and drink will also feature. We are delighted to be joined by Megan Swann, the Climate Magician, and the first woman to be President of the Magic Circle who will take the main stage with her magic show.
We would encourage you to look out on peoplecityplanet.com for more details of events as they become available and to register for selected workshops and events where you need to book in advance.
In the meantime, SAVE THE DATE and contact info@coresitecambridge.co.uk, if you have any questions at this stage.
The project is a partnership between U+I, TOWN, Anglian Water and Cambridge City Council.
