We’re proud to announce that the Salteye Brook Realignment at Port Salford has been awarded the Medium Project of the Year (£5M – £15M category) at the ICE North West Awards.
Working in collaboration with John Sisk & Son Ltd and the client team, it is pleasing to see that the outcomes of this challenging civil engineering project and our work as the lead civils designer for John Sisk & Son Ltd have been recognised by the ICE. Congratulations to John Sisk & Son Ltd, Peel L&P, the other parties involved and to all our Pell Frischmann colleagues that have contributed to this project’s success.
Port Salford is a £138 million development, led by Peel L&P in partnership with Salford City Council which will create a new port and warehousing facility in Barton, next to the Manchester Ship Canal. It will be the UK’s first inland tri-modal port facility and distribution park, served by rail, road and short-sea shipping.
