Pell Frischmann Welcomes New Land Development Technical Director, Matthew Addison

We are excited to welcome Matthew Addison to the team as the new Technical Director for Land Development.

Joining us with over 13 years’ experience in transport planning, Matthew is a knowledgeable Expert Witness having successfully provided specialist support to public and private sector clients at planning appeals and public inquiries. He is renowned for delivering innovative transport planning solutions for strategic land and commercial developers to unlock their development aspirations in accordance with national, regional and local planning policies.

Matthew joins the Land Development Team and is looking forward to expanding Pell Frischmann’s specialist transport development planning offer across Yorkshire and the North of England.
