Pell Frischmann Takes Part in Nutrition & Hydration Week

Last week, to celebrate Nutrition & Hydration Week, we promoted awareness and good practice surrounding nutrition and hydration by providing a healthy breakfast in each of our offices. This was enjoyed by everyone, and was a great start to the day!

Nutrition and Hydration Week has taken place annually since 2012. Its purpose is to bring people together to increase awareness and education around the importance of eating and drinking well, and the effect this has on maintaining health and wellbeing.
