Pell Frischmann is proud to announce that it has recently signed the Armed Forces Covenant, a promise that those who serve or have served in the Armed Forces and their families, are treated with fairness and respect in their communities, economy, and society which they serve with their lives.

By signing the Covenant, we are reinforcing our commitment to support serving personnel, service leavers, veterans and their families by fostering relationships between businesses and the Armed Forces, and providing employment opportunities for veterans, service spouses and partners.

In supporting those who serve, have served, and their families, and in recognition of the value they bring to our business, Pell Frischmann will seek to uphold the principles of the Covenant by:

  • Promoting that we are a military-friendly organisation;
  • Supporting veterans and allies through the Pell Frischmann Military Veterans Community;
  • Running Insight Days to support the employment of service leavers; and
  • Encouraging the support of non-profit organisations who work with the military community.

We have a growing ex-military community within our current workforce and recently, Samara Hyde, Geo-Environmental Consultant shared her journey of becoming an Army Reservist and the benefits this has had on her life.
