Pell Frischmann Shortlisted for Diversity & Inclusion Award
Pell Frischmann is thrilled to have been shortlisted as a finalist for the Diversity & Inclusion Award by the London Construction Awards (LCA).
In 2020, our Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) Strategy launched with a mission for “EDI to be at the heart of our culture”, Its goals were:
To help support this, an EDI Action Group was formed – a group from across the business (region, discipline, characteristics, grade) – appointed and empowered to drive the strategy forward.
This has seen the development of Pell Frischmann’s Action Plan, from policy reviews and training to help challenge biases to creating network groups that provide a safe space for discussion, the Action Plan consists of a tangible list of activities that directly support our goals.
