Pell Frischmann has successfully secured a place on the King’s College London (KCL) Design and Engineering Framework, to provide structural and civil engineering services. The framework agreement runs for two years; with the opportunity to extend for a further two.

King’s College London is the fourth oldest University in England and occupies a significant estate supporting it’s 31,000 students. Its campuses house a diversity of spaces, including teaching and learning environments, cutting-edge research facilities, chapels, cafés and restaurants, fitness centres, and student residences.

Our appointment on this framework continues our strong relationship with KCL, of note the recent development of the London Institute of Healthcare Engineering (LIHE) building which opened earlier this year.

Juliano Chapon, Technical Director for Buildings said:

As we approach the completion of KCL’s London Institute for Healthcare Engineering, we’re delighted to have been selected for their new framework and for the opportunity to continue our collaboration. Sustainable estate development is crucial to meet Net Zero ambitions and we’re fully committed to working with KCL and other leading universities in meeting this challenge.
