Pell Frischmann has secured a place on the Homes England Development and Regeneration Technical Services (DARTS) Framework which will run for the next four years. This will replace the existing Multidisciplinary Technical Services Framework and continues Pell Frischmann’s 25+ year relationship with Homes England and its predecessors.
The DARTS framework offers Homes England and partner organisations such as local authorities the opportunity to provide a range of multi-disciplinary services through a variety of planned projects as a part of Homes England’s objective to deliver 300,000 new homes every year by the middle of the decade.
Pell Frischmann has been successful in securing a place on Lot 1, leading the provision of a variety of services including: Project & Cost Management, Planning, Masterplanning, Urban Design & Architecture, Environment & Sustainability, Structural & Civil Engineering, Transportation & Traffic and Mechanical & Electrical Engineering. Pell Frischmann is supported in its national delivery by an expert supply chain of over 20 firms.
Pell Frischmann’s Land Development Sector Director, Paul Smith said:
“We are delighted to be growing our continuing collaborative relationship with Homes England and our collaborative partners. As one of the country’s leading consultancies, we are excited to bring our experience insight and innovation to support Homes England in delivering much-needed homes.”
