Zayed Centre for Research into Rare Disease in Children: A world-class, eight-storey research centre located in Central London aiming to cure rare diseases in children as part of Great Ormond Street Hospital. Working alongside our partners at Stanton Williams and Skanska.

Battersea Exchange: Set over 35,000sqm, this masterplan in the heart of Wandsworth, London, will comprise of 290 homes (of which, 21% are affordable), a new primary school and space for shops, offices and eateries. Working alongside our partners at Feilden Clegg Bradley Studios and Taylor Wimpey.

Winstanley and York Road Regeneration: A dynamic new regeneration scheme in the heart of Wandsworth, London. Set over 110,000sqm, this vast scheme will deliver 2,550 new homes, focused around a new 2.4ha park, York Gardens. Working alongside our partners at HTA Design LLP, Henley Halebrown, and Taylor Wimpey.
