Pell Frischmann Secures Position on Ealing’s Highways and Transport Services Framework
We are delighted to share that we have successfully secured a place on Ealing’s Highways and Transport Services Framework, where we will be providing a range of multi-disciplinary consultancy expertise to the London Borough of Ealing (LBE) as well as other London Local Authorities over the next four years.
We have been appointed to Lot 3 for General Engineering Services, where our work will see us provide a range of services to LBE and the London Boroughs, including:
- Transport Planning and Modelling including optioneering and feasibility studies, policy and strategy development, data collection and analysis, business case and appraisal, and transport modelling (local, meso and strategic).
- Urban Design and Placemaking including Healthy Streets, environmental improvements and sustainable urban drainage.
- Highways and Infrastructure Engineering including civil engineering, highways design, traffic management, parking studies, street lighting and highways structures
- Road safety engineering, collision studies and RSAs
- Development planning and statutory work including s278 works, TROs, CDM, town planning, stakeholder engagement and public consultation
- Programme and advisory support, including asset and project management, health and safety and traffic signals.
Aligned with LBE’s vision, our work will help to reduce transport-related environmental impacts, improve road safety and strengthen the local economy, contributing to a healthier, cleaner, safer and more accessible transport network for residents, businesses and visitors alike.
Now in our Centenary year, Pell Frischmann has extensive experience in providing support across a range of highways and transportation projects, from transformative cycling, walking and bus priority schemes to high-impact town and local centre improvements, and traffic management schemes.
