Land Development - Sector Director

With twenty-five years’ experience in development planning, transport engineering, urban design and project management, Paul is focused on strategic development promotion and masterplanning encompassing streetscape design, transport planning, accessibility, highways and junction layout design with specialisms in site assessment, car park and transport interchange design, from initial scheme concept to implementation. He is responsible for creating and delivering the company’s market strategy and business plan for the Land Development Sector.

Currently leading several mixed-use urban development and strategic land schemes throughout the UK, Paul is frequently involved in undertaking complex transport assessments and managing strategic network modelling to support major urban regeneration and extension projects. His technical work over the last decade has focused on the critical interface between transport, land-use planning and urban design.
