HR Business Partner
As HR Business Partner for Pell Frischmann, Hannah works closely with the Senior Leadership Team to inform and deliver the people agenda.
Hannah joined the business in April 2020 having previously worked for WYG, where she was HR Business Partner for their Design & Engineering business.
CIPD and degree qualified, she brings 14 years’ experience in both the public and private sectors across the full employee-life cycle, including talent attraction and selection, performance management, employee relations, change management and organisation design.
Hannah is passionate about delivering solutions that drive employee engagement and business performance.
