Brad Moxham

Water & Environment - Sector Director

Brad’s career spans over 30 years and now leads Pell Frischmann’s Water Sector. During this time, he has worked predominately in partnerships and alliances, delivering Capital Programmes for UK water utilities, namely Wessex, Severn Trent, Yorkshire, Northumbrian and Bristol Water. Brad has in-depth knowledge and a proven track record of delivering complex, multi-discipline infrastructure and non-infrastructure, water and wastewater treatment programmes of work for this highly regulated industry. He is experienced in both the engineering design and construction of civil, process and MEICA schemes ranging from minor maintenance projects to large scale, turnkey, new build, clean and wastewater treatment facilities.

Brad is a collaborative integrator and strategic leader with a passion to drive efficiency, innovation and value through strong relationships and close engagement with clients, partners, colleagues and the industry’s supply chain. He believes success comes from leading by example, maintaining a high degree of personal integrity and, in turn, holding others accountable for their behaviours and performance. Brad’s aptitude and trust for this approach is built on an entire career of working in successful, industry-leading alliances and partnerships, most recently exemplified through his work with South West Water and Anglian Water.

After graduating from the University of Hertfordshire, his career in Contracts and the Water Sector grew, before joining Pell Frischmann in 2013 to head its department. He is also the company’s Health and Safety Manager, ensuring company-wide legal and moral health and safety compliance is met.
