Pell Frischmann is proud to launch its first annual social value report, which highlights key achievements, case studies, best practice and our objectives for the year ahead. This report will be the first of a series of ESG reports moving forward and will enable us to not only share achievements with industry partners and clients but will be a way to review successes and improve outcomes for the future.

Social Value has been an area of focus for Pell Frischmann over a number of years. With the recent recruitment of our social value manager, Brooke Parsons, we have enhanced efforts with how we measure and report on the impact of social value initiatives.

We gathered data from across the organisation focusing on our 2022 programmes and using the National TOMs framework have calculated that we achieved £7.5m worth of social value in 2022.

Many organisations who are focusing their efforts on delivering social value are finding the process of recording, measuring, and reporting data difficult. When gathering social value information for Pell Frischmann, it was clear to see that staff were engaging and delivering social value without knowing, so educating and embedding social value within our culture was a priority.

We look forward to receiving your feedback on our first report and want to thank our charity partners, clients, supply chain and staff for helping us make such an impact.
