Pell Frischmann Joins The 5% Club

This week Pell Frischmann joined The 5% Club! We have reinforced our commitment to helping increase the employment and career prospects of today’s youth and equip the UK with the skilled workforce it needs.

The 5% Club is uniquely an employer-led charity, whose goal is to inspire, educate and retain a growing body of people into ‘earn and learn’ placements in order to increase the number of apprentices, sponsored students and graduate trainees.

Members commit to achieving 5% of their UK work force in ‘earn and learn’ positions within 5 years of joining. We are delighted that Pell Frischmann already exceeds the 5% requirement, with our early careers cohort representing 12% of our total workforce. This is comprised of: 3% Apprentices, 8% Graduates and 1% Sponsored Students (i.e. year in industry placements, externally accredited course at least at Level 3 that lasts for an academic year such as HNC/HND/BSc/MSc/PhD and whose fees are paid by the employer).

Pell Frischmann is committed to improving awareness of the pathways into the industry, training and development and access to those from underrepresented groups including women, ethnic minorities and disabled people.

We look forward to exploring our membership further and joining like-minded employers, passionate about training and upskilling the next generation of professionals with a commitment to increasing our current percentage of ‘earn and learn’ positions.
