Pell Frischmann Appointed to Phase 3 of Carpenters Estate Regeneration
Pell Frischmann is delighted to be part of the Carpenters Estate Regeneration team for Phase 3 of the project. Known as Station Quarter, the scheme will deliver a vibrant new neighbourhood within the Carpenters Estate.
Capitalising on its proximity to Stratford Station and the new Gibbins Road entrance, Station Quarter will create a dynamic gateway into the estate. The proposals include three towers ranging from approximately 15 to 30 storeys (subject to confirmation through the design process), framing a new high street with a variety of commercial uses, including a new pub.

Juliano Chapon, Technical Director at Pell Frischmann said:
“We’re delighted to join a fantastic team to deliver this key phase of the masterplan. It’s great to build on the strong work and relationships established during Phase 2, and to continue contributing to the transformation of this special part of London.”

Alongside the creation of a welcoming place to live, the project will rationalise the street network and significantly enhance pedestrian movement throughout the area. Subject to the final design, Station Quarter is expected to deliver around 500 new homes, comprising a mix of affordable housing and private rented homes, maximising the site’s excellent transport connections.
Nick Clough, Carpenters Project Director at Populo Living said:
“Station Quarter will bring a new neighbourhood to the Carpenters Estate, creating a dynamic new high street, with residential towers above marking this new gateway to Stratford. These new homes will benefit from the fantastic transport links and the Olympic Park being on their doorstep. Shops, restaurants, and a community pub will create an exciting local destination for this new piece of Stratford.”
