Pell Frischmann Awarded Gold Membership by The 5% Club
We’ve been officially awarded a gold accredited membership by The 5% Club! After a successful employer audit by the club, Pell Frischmann has been recognised for its significant contribution to the continued development of all our colleagues in “earn & learn” schemes such as apprenticeships, graduates and sponsored student placements.
The 5% Club is a dynamic employer-led charity that takes positive action for increased, inclusive, and accessible workplace training for all. The Employer Audit is a unique scheme which validates an employer’s activities, explores their plans and commitments, as well as examining their approaches to quality, social mobility, diversity and inclusion.
Members of the club commit to achieving 5% of their UK workforce in ‘earn and learn’ positions within 5 years of joining. We are delighted that Pell Frischmann already exceeds the 5% requirement, with our early careers cohort representing 12% of our total workforce. This is comprised of 3% apprentices, 7% graduates and 2% degree course placement students.
Pell Frischmann is committed to improving awareness of and facilitating different pathways into the industry, particularly those from underrepresented groups including women, ethnic minorities and disabled people.
We’re pleased to have achieved gold accreditation and look forward to continuing our work with The 5% Club in training and upskilling the next generation of professionals.
