Pell Frischmann Approved as a Constellia Supplier

Pell Frischmann is delighted to have been chosen as an approved Constellia supplier, allowing us to secure projects, relevant to our services, through Constellia’s Neutral Vendor Framework which now includes access to the London Collaboration Group’s (LCG) Project Delivery (SoW) contract comprising 29 London Local Authorities.

This procurement mechanism allows clients to acquire professional services for a wide range of opportunities from across 200 categories by either direct award or mini-competition.  

Richard Manock, Pell Frischmann’s Highways Technical Director, said:

 to new clients, it will also provide existing clients access to
 an alternative procurement route and direct award that 
could avoid internal budget caps on other frameworks, as 
per our recent award for follow-on work on Western Gateway
 for Rochdale & Bury Councils.
