Pell Frischmann Appointed to University of Cambridge Framework

Pell Frischmann is delighted to have gained a place on the University of Cambridge Estates Division’s services framework to provide Civil & Structural Engineering services for major projects.

The Estates Division is a multi-disciplinary organisation that oversees the planning, development, and management of the University’s operational and investment estates. The operational estate is one of the most diverse and largest in the UK, encompassing everything from Grade I-listed buildings to cutting-edge laboratories and research facilities, museums, a farm, and a botanical garden.

The four-year framework will see Pell Frischmann undertaking civil and structural engineering services to support the Estates Division in delivering the physical developments needed to turn academic visions into reality.

Jonathan Childs, Pell Frischmann’s Buildings Sector Director, said:

We are thrilled to have gained a place on this framework, and in particular are excited by the University’s focus on cutting carbon, with evidence-based targets, and achieving exemplary sustainability credentials whilst delivering world-leading places of study, research, work and recreation.

Commenting on the launch, Estates Division’s Director of Programme Delivery David Hills, said:

We look forward to working with the companies on the framework to deliver a range of projects that will enable Estates Division to support the University’s mission to contribute to society through the pursuit of education, learning and research at the highest international levels of excellence.
