Pell Frischmann is delighted to have been awarded a place on Medway Council’s Civil & Structural Engineering Consultancy Services Framework.

Medway Council is responsible for providing educational, social, housing, planning and regeneration services for Medway and its surrounding areas. The latest framework will be used to undertake Civil & Structural Engineering Consultancy Services in areas such as Rochester, Strood, Chatham, Gillingham and Rainham.

This is a continuation of the Civil and Structural Engineering Consultancy Framework Agreement which Pell Frischmann was appointed to in 2017. For the past few years, Pell Frischmann has successfully delivered a number of highways and transportation schemes on the framework, including works on Hoo Peninsula Rail Station and Chatham Hill Cycle Lanes.

Works on the framework will also see Pell Frischmann partnering with DHA Planning Group; an expert multi-disciplinary consultancy team in the South East who have been supporting us for over 5 years in the region.

Partnering with Medway Council over the next four years, Pell Frischmann is thrilled to have achieved a place on the following Lots:

Lot 1 – Traffic schemes and network management professional services, including:

  • Development of community transport plans;
  • Assessment, design and project management of traffic management proposals;
