Pell Frischmann Appointed to TfGM’s Professional Services Framework

Pell Frischmann is pleased to announce its re-appointment onto Transport for Greater Manchester’s (TfGM) Professional Services Framework (TPS2020) to provide highways, traffic, transport, streets for all, walking and cycling, asset management and project management services for the next four years. This second term appointment will provide a continuing working relationship with TfGM that has been ongoing since 2015.

As the transport delivery arm for the Greater Manchester Combined Authority, TfGM oversee transport and travel across Greater Manchester – an area home to the UK’s largest regional economy outside London and a diverse population of over 2,800,000 people.

Projects delivered through the TfGM Framework will support Greater Manchester’s ‘Right Mix Vision’ – a plan that looks to have 50% of all journeys made by walking, cycling and public transport by 2040 and net-zero by 2038.

Pell Frischmann is delighted to have been successful on the following lots:

  • Streets for All Design Services and Traffic Engineering;
  • Highway Asset and Network Management Professional Services;
  • Programme and Project Management.
