Pell Frischmann Achieves New BIM Certificate

Following on from our previous successes in achieving compliance certification for BIM delivery towards PAS1192-2 requirements, Pell Frischmann has been successful in receiving BIM certification of its standards, methods and procedures from the British Standards Institute (BSI) for the new International ISO19650 Collaborative Production of Information BIM standards.

This certification and standard unifies our organisation’s approach to project delivery by having core templates, processes and methods which allows us to not only focus on enhanced system integration but use our procedures as an enabler to connect teams and make more informed design decisions at the earliest opportunity, for the unified production of information to our client’s needs.

The value this brings is that it aligns us to work in a common and collaborative way of working for BIM and also non BIM projects, which is acts as an enabler to advancing our information delivery and data storage, toolsets, quality control and assurance as well as providing more development opportunities for our staff.

As we all transition further into the Digital Environment this framework creates a benchmark for common understanding of Client, Project and Stakeholder objectives respectively.
