Pell Frischmann Secures Position on North West Construction Hub Framework

Pell Frischmann is delighted to have secured a position on the North West Construction Hub’s Consult Framework (NWCH).

NWCH Consult Framework is a collaborative procurement that has helped public sector clients deliver £2 billion worth of building projects over the last 25 years.

The framework offers comprehensive consultancy services for major projects using the established Two-Stage Open Book process, a construction procurement method where a client competitively selects an integrated team to develop a project brief and cost target. This will also allow public authorities to access professional Property Asset Consultancy services and resources. The framework also aims to seamlessly integrate the project team and the pre-construction information from the initial stage, leading to cost efficiency and improved time management.

We will be delivering Project and Programme Management services and consultancy through Lot 6.

Sophie Trueman, our Framework Manager, said:

We are proud to be appointed to the North West Construction Hub Framework and look forward to delivering excellent service, working collaboratively to drive value and quality on projects across the region.
