Pell Frischmann Shortlisted in Three Categories at the NCE Awards 2025
Pell Frischmann is proud to announce that we have been shortlisted in three categories at this year’s New Civil Engineer (NCE) Awards 2025. We have been shortlisted for ‘Best Place to Work – Large Consulting Firm’, ‘Consulting Firm of the Year’ and ‘Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Leader – Consultant’.
The NCE Awards are an annual recognition and celebration of the most innovative, impactful and inspirational firms operating in civil engineering.
Our entry into ‘Consulting Firm of the Year’ celebrates the implementation of our latest strategic growth plan. This recent achievement comes within the background of reaching our 100th year as a business and in turn allows us to reflect on nearly a century of engineering milestones. Our latest vision is driven by a mantra of “better not just bigger” and at its heart this means we are committed to making Pell Frischmann an exceptional place to work. We believe this is the right way to achieve sustainable growth and our results have demonstrated this strategy works. Financial growth is one metric where we have exceeded, seeing revenue increase by 45%. As we continue to support our people, we also excelled in many other metrics such as: Sustainability; Social Value; Client Satisfaction; and Equity, Diversity and Inclusion.
In conjunction with this, our entry in ‘Best Place to Work – Large Consulting Firm’, acknowledges the implementation and successful delivery of our Wellbeing Action Plan and our Wellbeing Strategy to help achieve our ambitious 2022-2025 Growth Plan. The Plan takes a holistic approach to employee wellbeing, shaped by feedback from our people on the things that really matter to them.
Our shortlisting for ‘Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Leader – Consultant’ celebrates the successful implementation of our EDI Strategy and Action Plan, placing EDI at the forefront of our business model and delivering better outcomes for our business, clients, partners, suppliers and the communities we serve.
