Hear from Lily-Grace Rowe, a T-Levels placement student, as she shares her placement experience at Pell Frischmann.
T Levels are 2-year courses which are taken after GCSEs and are broadly equivalent to 3 A Levels. These industry placements are a shift from traditional work experience to a longer, more structured placement in the workplace, with the aim of supporting the young person to develop vocational skills, knowledge and to thrive in the work environment.
These courses have been developed in collaboration with employers and education providers so that the content meets the needs of industry and prepares students for entry into skilled employment, an apprenticeship or related technical study through further or higher education.
