Linda Roberts – Pell Frischmann’s COO Retires

After more than 25 years of outstanding service, Linda Roberts, our Chief Operating Officer at RSBG UK,
will shortly be retiring. This feels like the right moment to pause, reflect and say a very sincere thank you for the enormous contribution Linda has made to our business, to RSBG UK and to so many of us personally.

Linda joined Pell Frischmann in 2000 following her time with De Leuw Rothwell, at a point of real challenge and transition. What was initially intended to be a short period of support became a career defining chapter, both for Linda and for the organisation. Over the years she has been a constant presence through periods of growth, uncertainty, change and success, always bringing clarity, pragmatism and calm judgement when it mattered most.

During her time with Pell Frischmann, Linda has held a number of senior leadership roles, including Company Secretary and Head of Legal and Risk, and later Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer. In these roles she has been responsible for corporate governance, financial stewardship, legal and contractual matters, risk management, compliance, and insurance. She has played a critical role in shaping the business we are today.
