Halifax Town Centre Regeneration Scheme

We’re thrilled to announce that we have secured the NEC3 Project Management Team commission for Phase 2 of the Halifax Town Centre Delivery scheme.

Working for Calderdale Council, the scheme will deliver a series of bus, cycling and walking infrastructure improvements to enable greater connectivity and accessibility to and within the town centre. The scheme is one of Calderdale’s largest to date and a key part of the regeneration of the town centre. Over the next 4 years, Pell Frischmann, working with our partner Corderoy, will be providing a range of Project Management and NEC Contract administration services under the YOR Consult 2 Framework.
