Graduates Bridging Education and Industry
We’re pleased to see graduates from our Wakefield office design and provide placement opportunities for another set of T-Level students from Barnsley College.
T Levels are two-year courses that students can take after completing their GCSEs. They are generally considered to be the equivalent of three A Levels. Unlike traditional work experience, T Levels offer a more structured, longer-term placement in a workplace environment. The aim is to help young people develop vocational skills, knowledge, and confidence in a professional setting.
These courses are the result of a collaboration between employers and education providers. They have been designed to meet the needs of the industry and to equip students with the necessary skills to find employment, pursue an apprenticeship or enrol in further or higher education related to their field of interest. Well done to all our graduates involved in the scheme.
We provide a collaborative and supportive working environment, where you’ll have the freedom and flexibility to create your own pathway and make a real impact within the business and in the communities in which you will operate.
