Pell Frischmann is delighted to announce it has been appointed to Lot 1 of Highways England’s Specialist Professional and Technical Services (SPaTS2) framework. We are excited to be partnering with Arcadis and TRL as part of the FUTRAN Joint Venture, combining our extensive knowledge and experience to provide technical and business support services for Highways England.

A four-year contract, SPaTS2 commences in August 2020, and incorporates projects commissioned by the Department for Transport, HS2, Transport for London, Office of Road & Rail, and Local Authorities.

Covering a wide-range of expertise, FUTRAN provides a one-stop shop of engineering advice, consultancy and research knowledge. FUTRAN works with our clients via our bespoke Discovery Team, who will help shape the assets, operational models and solutions of the future.

Joe Burns, Head of Technical Excellence will be the FUTRAN Lead on behalf of Pell Frischmann.
