Pell Frischmann Appointed by Transport for London to Assist with Flood Defence Wall Refurbishment

Pell Frischmann is proud to announce that we have been assigned to assist Transport for London (TfL) in a section of the flood defence wall refurbishment along the River Thames. Specifically, we have been commissioned to investigate and advise on the maintenance of an area of the defence wall in Putney, London, located under the Fulham Railway Bridge.

This project has two phases. For Phase One, Pell Frischmann will focus on structural and geotechnical investigations for refurbishing sections of the flood defence wall. This phase will then be followed by a design stage considering measures needed to refurbish the wall façade and to better understand the required future maintenance scope.
