Main Purpose of the Job

Based in our Bishop’s Stortford office you will join a driven and experienced team. They will assist you in development within the rail discipline so you are able to support our design teams delivering projects in the Rail and Civil Structures sectors. You will provide technical support to design teams and work collaboratively in delivering infrastructure projects around the UK.


Main Duties and Responsibilities to be developed/carried out

  • Site Surveys & Inspections
  • Design
  • Preparation of Drawings and Specifications
  • Report Writing

Qualification • Honours Degree in Civil Engineering 2(i) or above. or an equivalent relevant experience • Masters Degree in Civil Engineering 2 or above

Experience • Work / summer placement experience in the industry or consultancy
Skills • Good Written English
• Good communication skills
• Evidence of ICE involvement
• Civils 3D
• MicroStation
