Equality, Diversity and Inclusion

At Pell Frischmann, we are committed to putting Equality Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) at the heart of our culture. Pell Frischmann, and the journey of each individual employee, does not exist in a vacuum. Inequality varies across sectors, disciplines, regions and characteristics. Through our EDI Strategy, we focus our efforts, time and resources on the areas where we can have the most positive beneficial impact on our people and society.

After extensive research, the organisation has recognised three goals to help support positive change within Pell Frischmann, our industry as a whole and in society more generally.

These three broad goals, along with our EDI Policy, form the foundation of our EDI Strategy and deliver our mission:

Our EDI Action Group

Following the launch of our Strategy, Pell Frischmann has appointed an EDI Action Group – a grass roots group from across the business (region, discipline, characteristics, grade) appointed and empowered to drive our EDI strategy forward. Together, they have been responsible for developing action plans against each of our three goals and delivering initiatives identified by them to support on further our aims in relation to our mission.
