London is where we started and these days you can't walk very far in the capital without coming across a building that we designed. Our head office in London's west-end is still the base from which we carry out much of our national and international work.
Recent structural projects in London include the new, multi-award winning Home Office headquarters (as advertised nightly on News at Ten), the massive New Street Square development in the City, and numerous buildings within Paddington Basin.
We also carry out work in a range of other sectors, including traffic and transportation, regeneration, and sustainable energy. We are very busy in the Lower Lea Valley, as a result of preparation for the 2012 Olympics Games.
We worked on the regeneration of the Royal Arsenal, Woolwich, which incorporated just about every engineering "challenge" known to man, and we are currently designing a masterplan to deliver 20% renewable energy for the Royals Business Park in Docklands.
We have strong and active contracts with the Olympic Delivery Authority, London Development Agency and English Partnerships, as well as Network Rail, Thames Water and the Highways Agency. In the private sector we have long and successful relationships with many major developers and contractors.
