We offer a broad blend of expertise in rail, building structures, highways, bridges, water, environment, fire safety, infrastructure and T&T disciplines. With some 50 personnel who deliver complex projects, we also provide cross-sector support to our other offices in the UK, and work on overseas development projects.
One such example of blended team working is in the area of Air-Rights developments for which we have a long and successful history in feasibility, design and delivery. One of our current schemes involves stakeholder management of Network Rail, Docklands Light Railway and TfL. We have opened up this site by removing risk to our client and allowed a 700,000 sq.ft mixed use development which oversails the railway and provides for a tall building which will offer unparralleled views over London.
The philosophy at Bishop's Stortford is that we operate truly multi-disciplinary teams, working on a wide variety of projects. We play a key part in major rail, civils, building and infrastructure projects.
