Buildings - Offices
From our modest beginnings in 1926 we have grown to become one of the leading structural and civil engineering consultancies in the world. Our reputation for excellence is reinforced by our portfolio of projects and clients who recognise and appreciate our innovative and cost effective approach to projects which include office developments, banks, hospitals, retail malls and parks, residential, sports and leisure facilities, hotels, schools, courts, warehouses and distribution centres and specialist structures for the MOD.
We are justifiably proud of our heritage of building developments in London which includes the landmark schemes of Centre Point, which we are also now currently redeveloping, and Tower 42 (formerly the Nat West Tower).
Since 1926, we have always retained that at the core of our business is an ability to adapt and change with the changing aspirations and challenges of developers, owners and occupants. To lift the competitive performance of a building project, or to help it find funding in tough markets, we combine commercial, design and technical expertise. Commercial developers continue to find multi-faceted value in mixed-use building projects that combine spaces for working, living, retail, hotels and leisure.
